These terms apply to stays booked at Tashev Apartments, Milan Arsov 45, 1400 Veles, North Macedonia.

Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us or from our booking provider. Please check that the dates, unit type and number of guests on your confirmation are correct and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.

Rates

Rates are quoted per unit, per night, and include water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, bed linen and towels. Cots are free of charge. Extra beds are €5 per person, per night, on request and subject to availability.

Cancellation

Cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the rate you select and are shown before you confirm your booking. Please read them at the time of booking, as they form part of these terms.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 14:00 to 00:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance so we can meet you. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

House rules

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Pets are welcome on request at no extra charge. Children of all ages are welcome; guests aged 18 and over are charged as adults.

The pool

The outdoor pool is available to guests during the summer season. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Damage and liability

Please treat the apartment and its contents with care. Guests are responsible for damage caused by them or by anyone in their party during the stay. We are not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings, or for injury arising from the improper use of facilities.

Our right to cancel

In the rare event that we cannot provide the accommodation booked, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund all sums paid in full. Our liability is limited to that refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia.
