What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your telephone number, requested dates, number of guests and the content of your message. We also record the IP address the enquiry was sent from and the language version of the site you used, in order to prevent abuse of the form.

When you make a booking through our booking provider, that provider collects the data needed to process your reservation and payment. Please see their own privacy notice for details of that processing.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data solely to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to a stay, to manage your booking. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and the performance of a contract where a booking is made. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared only with service providers who help us run the property: our website host, our email provider and our booking provider. We do not transfer your data outside these purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email tashev.apartments@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, including a session cookie and a security token on the contact form. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies that track you across other websites. Our booking provider may set its own cookies when you use the booking calendar.
