Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable, and the full reservation amount may be charged.

In case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Changing your dates

Requests to change reservation dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours before check-in.
